 The first Annual Vista Grove Preparatory Academy Car Show is being held to support the performing arts at VGPA.  Recently the VGPA drama team presented "Jack and The Magic Beans", a play in 2 acts.  Students did an amazing job and will be presenting it again for our district leaders in April.  Our Academy singers, an audition only group of 4Th-8Th grade students, will be attending an elementary/Jr. High school choral festival and will be singing the national anthem for the 3rd time at an Arizona Diamondbacks game on May 8Th.  Come join the fun at our school on April 17, 2010 from 9AM to 2PM. Enter your car for $20.00 before the show or $25.00 on the day of the show.  There will be food and drinks and a prize for the best car. Contact Melissa Conklin 480-245-0572 for more information.

Play Ball! Vista Grove would like to thank all the students, families and staff who joined us on Tuesday, September 8 at the Diamondbacks VS. Dodgers game. Where our Pride Choir  performed and did an awesome job. Great job students!

Hats On Day! Wednesday, September 23  Let your child become part of a unique and exciting way to help children with cancer and their families. This is a nationwide event where students pay a nominal fee for the privilege of wearing a hat of their choice to school to help raise cancer awareness.

How Does Your Garden Grow? VGPA received a grant for our on-site school garden. This year Mr. Cafaro will be using this grant to work with our students to teach them about gardening and growing fruits and vegetables.
